Sundar Krishnan (Sunny) is the Managing Director of Health Benefits and Health Solutions for Carelon Global Solutions in India. In his current role, he oversees several aspects of health business processes like membership, benefit configuration, provider data, pricing solutions and provider dispute/escalation management and GBD claims.
He has over 24+ years of industry experience managing stakeholders, implementing new process designs, as well as overseeing operations, quality control, and transformation.
Sunny has a MBA degree in analytics and finance. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Design Thinking Professional®, and a Scaled Agile Framework expert.
