We may also gather quantitative user information, such as the number of users and the pages or data accessed, in order to perform administrative, technical, hosting, or other functions that help us manage the Site/Application and deliver new functionalities to you.

By accessing the Application  or using online services from within India/PR/PHL you signify that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by and consent to the collection, use, transfer, retention, alteration, and deletion of your information as provided in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms of Use.

Do we sell or share personal information?

We do not sell personal information.

We do not license, transmit, or disclose personal information that you provide to us or that is collected through the Site/Application to third parties except

a. upon your authorization

b. when such disclosure is necessary to allow us and our contractors, agents, or service providers to carry out operations (including, where applicable, hiring operations); and/or

c. to comply with law or regulation and when required or permitted by law, including in response to a court order, search warrant, or to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

Our policies prohibit the unlawful disclosure of personal information. We share it externally only where law allows or requires it. Internally, we limit the access, use, and disclosure of personal information to align with job duties and applicable law. We may also share information within our company, including among affiliates, our parent company, or subsidiaries.

Data retention period

We follow data minimization principles and retain information for periods of time reasonably necessary to perform our services, except where retaining data for longer periods is necessary or permitted by law, required to fulfill legal/regulatory obligations, relevant to pending or reasonably anticipated litigation, or as otherwise disclosed in applicable policies.

We retain your personal data for business purposes and in line with our retention policies. We keep your personal data only as long as necessary, considering the purposes outlined above or to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements under applicable law(s).

What If I don't want information about me to be collected?

If you do not wish to have your activity on our Site/Application tracked, you can opt-out at any time here  to discontinue first party cookie tracking of your web activity.

NOTE : The opt-out option may be provided by a third party and may not be managed by us.

You also have the choice to opt out of third-party cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies. If you do not want third-party service providers to collect your anonymous information for marketing purposes,  visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website to perform the opt-out  

Additionally, you can direct your internet browser to notify you and seek approval whenever a cookie is being sent to your device. "Do not track" signals

We do not respond to web browser “do not track” signals, except where required by law. As such, your navigation of our Site/Application may be tracked as part of the gathering of quantitative user information described above. Contacting you

We, including our affiliates or vendors, might call you or text you via an automated telephone dialing system and/or a prerecorded message or otherwise. The calls may be to let you know about your job application status, for scheduling an interview, regarding an offer letter, etc. If you do not want to be contacted by phone, just let the caller know and we will not reach out this way in the future.

From time to time, we will provide links to websites or applications not owned or controlled by us because we think the information might be of interest or use to you. While we do our best to ensure your privacy, we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. A link to a third-party website or application does not constitute or imply endorsement by us. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of information presented on those websites/applications. Use of Electronic Mail

We may provide email links to facilitate communication between us and you. Unless otherwise noted, email through our Site/Application is not a completely secure and confidential means of communication.
