Subhashini Sriram is the Managing Director, Human Resources (HR) at Carelon Global Solutions in India. She is responsible for the development and execution of HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR process excellence, and automation initiatives to support a rapidly evolving organisation.
Previously, Subhashini was the Global HR Leader of Strategy and Transformation at Unisys. She has extensive HR leadership experience across multiple industries.
Subhashini holds a post-graduate degree in industrial electronics from Bharathidasan University and a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore.
