Debashish Ghosh is the Director of Corporate Security and Safety for Carelon Global Solutions in India.
Debashish brings in 22+ years of experience in corporate security, business continuity, occupational health & safety, crisis management, fraud investigations, security technology. In his current role, he is responsible for end-to-end security operations, occupational health, and safety & crisis management.
Previously, he worked as Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) and Accenture in leadership roles in Corporate Security, Business Continuity & Occupational Health & Safety. Debashish is also a certified Lead Auditor & Implementor in ISO 22301, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 & ISO 9001. He started his career with Indian Army as short service commissioned officer and was part of an armoured regiment before joining the corporate world.
